When we started building our AI-powered feature suite, Call and Voicemail Transcription was one of our top priorities. We knew listening to call recordings was tedious and time-consuming, and frankly, we wanted to take it off your plate.

That being said, we don’t believe in letting our tech depreciate, so our product team kept working on it, even launching a new transcription engine to increase the transcription quality.
Over the past three months, we've witnessed a remarkable improvement in quality, with our customer satisfaction ratings soaring from 32% to 78% (an increase of 143%). These improvements have helped us increase call transcription accuracy and boost efficiency, further benefiting our customers.
