It’s official - Aircall AI has landed in the Netherlands, and it’s going to be a gamechanger.

At the start of the year, the Dutch government announced its ambition to be an AI leader in the EU, offering “every opportunity for innovation based on responsible generative AI”, and we’re excited to announce that Aircall AI will be playing a role in that for our customers, partners, and teams based in the Netherlands.

Talk-to-Listen Ratios

Talk-to-Listen Ratios help sales teams to make those all-important tweaks to their call scripts. This feature enables users to easily view the percentage breakdown of a call and see how much each speaker was talking. So, team leaders can identify coaching opportunities, see their team’s overall performance, and see where their scripts need tightening up.
